The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design that is dated. It is also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This is a bad choice for those looking for the cheapest option.
Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it has enough features worth considering. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it is able to jump over curbs with little effort unlike many other light strollers that diverge when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push with your legs dangling in the air, and it doesn't help that it lacks padding.

The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate the size of a large diaper bag. It's a bit narrow, though you'll probably need to leave something inside to reach back to take it out. The Cloud includes an adult and child tray with two cup holders however, they're both too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that's perfect for travel. It weighs only 18 lbs which is less than many single strollers. and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also has independently reclining seats and large SPF 50 sunvisors with a peekaboo view. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate kids of different heights. It also has a one step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also great for navigating over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have a strong neck control in order to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller comes with an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with its own cupholder and snack tray.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is a different incredibly light stroller that can be used side by side. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's narrower and thinner (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with luxurious features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold, is very movable and fits into trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, just like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have some distinct distinctions. It's also a little more expensive, but it offers more maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It comes with a handy strap for carrying and can hold kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're looking for a stroller that is light but packed with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at only 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage, including child and parent cupholders, a child's sippy-cup pouch as well as a pocket for storage for parents and more.
